Account creation form to the private member space:
Email: Your email address will be your login to access your private member space. In addition to this, it will allow us to contact you or send you our newsletter and other communication material if you have expressed the wish to receive them. Indeed, we will send the newsletter and other communication material to you by email only if you have given us your agreement, for example by subscribing to our newsletter.
Civility, Name / Surname, Country, Current position: This information allows us to know a bit more about you and for us to be able to send you personalized communications. In the form, these fields are required to create a private member space login.
Profile modification form on the private member space:
Spoken languages: This information allows us to know in which language we should communicate with you in our e-mailings.
Business Sectors & Interests: This information allows us to know your business and industry interests in order to send you sectorial newsletters and other communication material adapted to your daily functions and likely to meet your needs. We will send you these industry newsletters and other communication material only if you subscribe to them.
Photo: The ability to upload a photo is a feature if you wish to appear in the member directory as a contact, and if you wish to participate in the business-matching platform.
Application and CV form:
The data you fill out in this form may be sent to companies in the event that your profile meets their needs.
Professional status, type of visa, nationality: This information allows us to evaluate your availability if we have suitable offers matching your profile in companies in urgent need.
Your background, mastered software, key skills, business sectors, experience, CV: This information allows our Recruitment service to determine if your professional experiences are in line with the job positions offered by our companies.
Your current salary, minimum and maximum expected: This information will allow the company interested in your profile to determine whether it can align with your salary requirements.
The position you are looking for: This information is essential for us to match your profile with the needs of the companies in our network.
Event Registration Form:
Name, First name, Civility: This information allows us to compile our registration list for the event.
Email: Your email allows us to communicate various information and details about the event. For example, your confirmation of registration, reminders, a report of the event or a satisfaction questionnaire.
Name of your company, position: This information allows us to know more about your profile and why you are interested in our event. In addition, it is possible that certain events are reserved for a specific category of people or addressed to a particular sector.
The data we collect from your journey on our site

The business matching platform
The business matching platform in our private area is strictly reserved for members of the French Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
If you are a member of the French Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, you have several options to control the information that would like to be published in the directory and in the business matching module:
You can choose whether or not to appear in the directory as a contact. If you choose no, no mention of you will be published in the directory. You will not have access to the business matching.
You can choose whether or not to be put in relation with others: if you have decided to be visible in the directory but you do not want to be contacted from the business matching module, only your photo and your name will appear as a contact in the directory of members. No contact information will be published, regardless of the user. In this case, you will also not have access to the connection and you will not be able to get contact details from other members.
In case you participate in the business matching: Only your photo, your name and your function will appear in the directory contacts. Network members will have access to a contact request button to get your contact information. However, they will have these details only when you will accept the connection. Without your consent, no contact information will be accessible by anyone.

All the data we keep is physically located in the United States of America. We use an American service provider to process your data (storage, segmentation and communication).

Right of access
You can request a summary of the personal data that we have about you.
