Lockdown 10.0 - How do we lead and steer a path forward for our teams when uncertainty is the new norm?
Melbourne is now in Stage 4 restrictions, NSW is doing its best to avoid a lockdown 2.0, Queensland is no longer a safe haven, etc…
Our lives are not going back to normal… Our future is uncertain. A series of lock down/reopening measures until a vaccine is found will the new reality. Some experts mentioned this situation may last until 2023. Large Corporates are already putting their buildings in ‘hibernation’ until further notice.
How do we lead in these uncertain times? How do we maintain our culture in a disrupted on/off virtual format? How do we support our staff through this new norm, sustain motivation and energy as well as prepare for more difficult conversations?
The session on Friday 28th August at 12:30pm will be moderated by Leadership Partners and by the President of the New South Wales Council, Benedicte Colin. Tim and Sandra are the co-founders of Leadership Partners, a leadership advisory firm, working with senior leaders from the public and private sectors like NSW Health, Nib, Michelin, CMA CMG and ICAP, at both board and executive levels, with a mission to create sustainable and conscious organisations that enable their people’s full potential to be achieved.
Limited to 15 participants, the aim of this conversation (on invitation only) is to create a space where CEOs can tackle these difficult questions, share their experiences, discuss their ideas and learn from each other in a safe environment.
