Ruralco is a leading agribusiness with more than 50 specialist businesses and in excess of 2,400 employees operating across Australia specialising in merchandise, livestock, wool, real estate, water solutions, risk management, grain marketing and financial services.

Reporting to the MD and CEO as part of the Executive Leadership Team. Management of the HR Team, Shared Services, L&D, Recruitment and HSE functions. Elizabeth Hardaker will talk through Ruralco three year journey that has seen them improve alignment and engagement across their workforce so significantly that Ruralco are now placed in the top quartile (25%) of all surveyed companies.
