Tracey Gaudry is a senior executive, non-executive director, former professional cyclist and dual Olympian. The determination and commitment required to achieve success in sport has translated into Tracey’s professional career in management and governance roles spanning local, state, national and international organisations and communities.
Tracey is a member of the Management Committee and immediate past Vice President of the world governing body for the sport of cycling, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI).
She is President of the Oceania Cycling Confederation, Chair of the UCI Women’s Commission, and member of the UCI World Tour Working Group. Gaudry has been instrumental in driving global reform particularly in governance, advocacy and participation, and gender equity.
Tracey is the first female in the 119-year history of the UCI to have been elected outright to the Management Committee, let alone as Vice President.
In Australia, Ms Gaudry is the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of Respect Victoria, the Statutory Authority working to prevent family violence and violence against women. Her previous executive roles include CEO of Hawthorn Football Club and CEO of the Amy Gillett Foundation.
Tracey enjoyed a highly successful sporting career as a road cyclist, ranked 3rd in the World at her peak, winning multiple UCI World Cups, UCI Stage Races and National Championships. She competed at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, 1998 Kuala Lumpur Commonwealth Games and 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.
