With over 30 years’ experience, Sylvain Bourque has delivered projects and developed operational support offices for metallurgical clients around the world. Since 1998, Sylvain has worked on regular assignments in New Caledonia and has been based in Nouméa since 2014, recently working on three local metallurgical plants. Sylvain has worked with global engineering firm, Hatch, for 34 years and is currently involved in the development of a major mining residue storage facility in the South Province.
