As State Director, Sascha act as CEO and Campaign Director of the Liberal Party in SA working closely with the Party's Executive and Parliamentary teams in delivering strategies and campaigns for electoral success.

She was Director Public Affairs for the Air Warfare Destroyer project for five years, providing oversight of internal and external communications for one of the most complex naval ship construction programs in Australia.

Starting as a journalist, she then served as a senior ministerial adviser in Federal and State governments for 10 years and Director of a consultancy firm for four years.
