Sally is an Australian lawyer and commercial advisor specialising in renewable energy transactions and development projects. She is an industry focused lawyer and engineer who is dual qualified in the legal and engineering professions. Sally has worked at leading law firms as well as in house including at Origin Energy, Energy Australia, BlueScope Steel. Prior to joining PwC Australia, she was Global General Counsel of EEW Limited, a renewable energy developer and operator.

Sally has wide-spread transactional experience in major infrastructure projects. Sally also has extensive experience advising on green developments including due diligence, construction, feasibility, grid, and off take agreements.  Sally has worked on projects in Australia, PNG, Philippines, Indonesia, Korea, China, Egypt, Israel, Chile, EU, and US.
