Romain LassiailleChef pastry, Pullman Resort

Originally from France, Romain Lassiaille has been pastry chef for the Pullman Resort at Bunker Bay since September 2016. In a short time, he has brought with him a rich culinary experience from all over the world.

Over the past nine years, Romain has had the chance to work with many experienced and starred French pastry chefs such as the George V Hotel in Paris, the Four Season and the Gstaad Palace Hotel in Switzerland.

He has travelled to South Africa to train people in five-star hotels in Cape Town and Johannesburg as well as Peru in South America.

Traveling has helped Romain to develop his skills and come up with new creations which he loves to do.
