Richard has over 17 years of experience supporting companies in mining, transport, agriculture, and energy. He spent 10 years working with WesTrac (Caterpillar) in various roles including a Business Improvement Lead and Mining Application Specialist. This was followed by 5 years working with acQuire technology, helping Mining and Exploration companies establish systems and processes to improve the management of their geoscience information. He now leads product and marketing of the Technology Solutions business unit at Connect Source, delivering integrated technology solutions relating to assets and people.
