Michael founded Cablex in 1985 and has over 30 years of electrical systems, integrations and technical experience with some of the world’s largest defence, transport and electronics companies. 

Michael is a strategic leader who has grown Cablex into Australia’s leading globally recognised manufacturer of complex wiring harnesses, avionic bays and consoles and box build electrical enclosures for the Defence and Aerospace markets. The company is also a key SME exporter and in 2016 was inducted into the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame, recognising a sustained contribution to manufacturing excellence.
