Louise HorrocksPartner, McCullough Robertson

Louise is a Corporate Partner at McCullough Robertson, who specialises in mining and resources (including the minerals and metals sector), renewables, and energy and infrastructure transactions.  She is also the joint lead of McCullough Robertson’s Resources & Renewables Industry Group. 

Louise has extensive experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex commercial transactions.  She also regularly supports mining and resources clients on energy transition opportunities, including by way of acquisition and development of renewable energy projects in Australia.

Louise is also closely involved with the Queensland Resources Council, the Queensland Exploration Council, and the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies, and their initiatives.
