Laura Blanot is the Director of Bistrot Media. She has over 13 years of marketing experience gained while working for the most renowned hospitality groups both in France (Flo Group, Hyatt, Louvre Hotel) and in Australia (Trippas White Group, Accor, Marriott)

Laura created Bistrot Media 3 years ago with a vision to empower restaurants (and similar small businesses) using digital marketing strategy, PR and Social Media. Over the past 3 years, she has been helping brands to raise awareness, attract and retain customers, and ultimately increase revenue.
