Jaclyn ReynoldsGeneral Manager NSW/ACT, Corporate Traveller

Jaclyn has been in the travel industry for a total of 23 years, with 20 of those years experience within the Flight Centre Travel Group. Jaclyn has experience across both the retail and corporate sectors of the industry, with roles expanding from Travel Consultant, Account Management, Team Leader and General Manager.

The far majority of her experience has been within the corporate sector, within Account Management and has been shared evenly between both the large and SME markets, with time in both the FCm Travel Solutions and Corporate Traveller brands of the Flight Centre Travel Group.

Jaclyn Reynolds is currently General Manager, Corporate Traveller, NSW/ACT. She oversees 13 operational teams with a total of 74 travel consultants, in three regions of NSW and the ACT, 3 sales teams, an Account Management team and an implementation team. She is responsible for the retention of our people, through their ongoing training, development and engagement in the brand, customer retention through ongoing improvement and maintenance of our high standard customer service and rollout of our product and technology suite across our customer base,  and  continued growth of the brand in the State.
