Geoff is a partner in the Capital Markets and Corporate Group at MinterEllison, Australia’s largest law firm specialising in corporate and structured finance.

He has advised financiers, governments, sponsors and corporate borrowers on a broad range of corporate and finance work including complex syndicated financing arrangements, property financing, project financings and debt restructuring.

Prior to joining Minter Ellison, Geoff worked in the banking and finance team at large US law firm in London for 7 years. He has broad experience acting on large multinational financing transactions in the property, construction and infrastructure sectors.
