Darren VukasinovicXR Studio Founder x 2, Writer / Director

Darren is founder of VR live streaming & metaverse startup Inverse, and CEO of Melbourne based XR studio Ignition Immersive. His work includes Writer/Director/Producer on VR documentary Race to Alaska, VR short Anzac Diaries and commissioned docu-drama Ned Kelly: Think You Know Me?, and extends to creative collaborations with industry veterans and emerging creatives. He splits his personal and studio efforts across strong commercial streams applying VR, AR and MR technology for industry, and not for profit initiatives that leverage the power of XR to drive awareness on important human, social and global themes.

Outside of Ignition Immersive he also is the founder of a number of early phase startups based on XR technology and is an advisor and mentor to a number of Australian and international technology start-ups. He believes wholeheartedly in the power of XR technology to go beyond 2D in connecting modern audiences to broad and intimate themes through story-driven experiences.
