Cate Hathaway is currently Chief People & Transformation Officer with GrainCorp, responsible for transformational change, people, and technology. Cate's early career involved 12 years in the Insurance sector in line management roles. For more than 20 years, Cate has held senior HR executive positions across the banking, insurance, building resources, information services and technology industries. She has worked in global companies with responsibilities for their Australian, NZ, Asian and international operations. Cate has a strong background in business transformation, including system, process, technological changes, business re-engineering, mergers, divestments and acquisitions. Her current role involves leading both people and technology functions as enablers for transformational change.
