Blake is Head of Production Operations and Transformation at BAE Systems.

Blake is an people-oriented business leader with a variety of industry experience across Defence, Financial Services, Automotive and Emergency Services.

Blake is the site manager for BAE’s Henderson facility, including leadership of all production systems of work for customers in the Royal Australian Navy and private commercial contracts. He is leading a transformation program of work designed to deliver operational efficiencies and prepare the facility for future customer needs.

Blake joined BAE Systems in 2019 based out of Melbourne Victoria, and moved to Perth Western Australia in 2020. He has filled a number of roles within the central PMO group where he worked across the Maritime Sustainment portfolio, gaining knowledge across the ANZAC Class frigates, Hobart Class Destroyers, Canberra Class LHD’s and Hydrographic fleet.

Blake’s previous experience was in Project and Program delivery roles. The majority of his time was spent with Ford Motor Company where he led the design, development and delivery of Ranger and Everest product upgrades, including operational insertion into mass production facilities in South Africa, Thailand, China and South America.

Blake is a passionate outdoorsman, spending much of his spare time running, riding or swimming. He has a wife and three young kids, who are enjoying renovating their home.
