Ben is a Partner in Monitor Deloitte, Deloitte’s Strategy & Transformation practice. He is specialised in supporting organisations' insight- and data-driven decision-making and transformational journeys, with a particular focus on transport and – more broadly – public sector and asset-intensive industries. Ben has over 13 years of strategy and transformation consulting experience in Southeast Asia. His skill set includes strategy and operating model design, transformation program strategy and establishment, enhanced integrated planning capability design and delivery, operational improvement identification and delivery, and benefit and value realisation. Ben earned his double degree in Business Management and Information Technology from the University of Queensland, Australia.
