Leaning on his innovative and strong design thinking lead approach has allowed Alrick to deliver keynotes for TEDxMelbourne, Eventbrite, Hilti, Insight Academy and Creative Innovation Global amongst others, highlighting the importance of design driven innovation in an exponentially shifting world. Similarly, Alrick frequently contributes his thought leadership to publications such as FastCompany, SBS, Startup Smart, Anthill & Ideapod.

Currently, Alrick serves as the Innovation Leader, for Creative Innovation Global, the leading creativity, leadership & exponential thinking summit in the Southern Hemisphere, recently recognised in the international Eventex Awards, the Australian Event Awards & the Anthill Smart 100. He is also the General Manager of Dimension5, a Melbourne co-working space dedicated to social entrepreneurs.

He is also a FACCI Councillor, in charge of the Young Entrepreneurs Committee.
